Thank you for supporting original art. Lulu J's works include original, one-of-a-kind pieces and signed, limited-edition prints. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on either original artworks or limited-edition prints. Originals are one of a kind, and limited-edition prints are produced in a numbered run especially for our collectors — so we ask that you choose carefully. Please review the product details — including dimensions, scale, medium, edition size and images — before you buy. Because these are significant pieces, you are also welcome to call the artist, Lulu J, directly on 0427 060 708 to confirm dimensions, colours, framing or condition, so you can be completely sure the piece is right for you. Please note that slight variations in colour between your screen and the actual artwork are normal and are not a fault.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and cannot be excluded. If your artwork arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork, the inside and outside of the packaging, and the shipping label. For other faults, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Because each piece is one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available. Where we cannot repair or replace the artwork, we will issue a refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of us approving the claim or receiving the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the funds. Where a refund relates to a faulty or damaged item, shipping costs are refunded in full.

Do not send any item back before contacting us. To start a claim, email info@lulujcollections.com.au with your order number. Once approved, return items to:
