These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of original artwork from LULU J COLLECTIONS ("we", "us", "our"), the studio of the artist Lulu J. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. We sell and deliver within Australia only.

1. About our products

This store sells two types of work by Lulu J:

  • Original artworks — large, one-of-a-kind, hand-created pieces. There is only one of each.
  • Limited-edition prints — fine-art reproductions of selected works, produced in a limited, numbered run and signed and numbered by the artist. Once an edition sells out, it is not reprinted.

For all works:

  • Slight variations in texture, brushwork, finish and edges are a natural feature of original art and are not defects.
  • Colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the actual artwork due to differences in monitors, devices and lighting.
  • Dimensions, materials, medium and (for prints) edition size listed on each product page are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Because these are significant pieces, we want you to buy with complete confidence. Before purchasing, you are welcome to contact the artist, Lulu J, directly on 0427 060 708 to confirm dimensions, scale, colours, framing, condition or any other detail, so you can be certain the piece is right for you. Please make sure you are happy with your selection before completing your order.

2. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for example, if an item has already sold or was listed in error).
  • Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order after payment, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

3. Postage and delivery (Australia only)

We currently ship to Australian delivery addresses only. We do not ship internationally.

  • Carrier: Orders are sent via a tracked postal or courier service.
  • Delivery time: Please allow up to 4 weeks from your order for your artwork to be prepared, packed and delivered. Remote and regional areas may take longer.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
  • Packaging: Original artworks are packed with care using protective materials suitable for fragile items.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect delivery details supplied by you. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

4. Your consumer rights

Returns, refunds and delivery (including any item that arrives damaged) are dealt with in our separate Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, and do not form part of these Terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

  • All artwork, images, designs and content on this website are the copyright of Lulu J and may not be reproduced, copied, printed, resold or used commercially without written permission.
  • Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to an artwork is limited to the price you paid for that artwork.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy — LINK] and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect information needed to process and deliver your order.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State/Territory.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
