Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Processing and delivery times
Each piece — whether an original or a signed limited-edition print — is prepared and packed individually with care. Please allow up to 4 weeks from your order for your artwork to be prepared, packed and delivered. Delivery to remote and regional areas may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All prices on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
Tracking
Orders are sent via a tracked postal or courier service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging and damage in transit
Original artworks are packed using protective materials suitable for fragile items. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lulujcollections.com.au with clear photographs of the artwork, the inside and outside of the packaging, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. See our Refund Policy for how damage claims are handled.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of order.
